Manufacturing and Assembly
Our optical technicians work with high expertise in assembling custom systems or performing series production tasks. Our optical assembly workshop is equipped with three laminar flow assembly boxes, each containing a pneumatic gluing system, autocollimators, and UV illuminators for bonding.
We also have a mechanical workshop where we can perform small modifications, manufacture simple parts, and carry out repairs.
Measurement
The completed lenses always undergo rigorous testing. If necessary, thermal behavior can also be examined using our Vötsch climate chamber. Packaging and shipping are carried out following successful tests.
