Lens Manufacturing for Wheel Alignment System

We produce thousands of custom-developed lenses annually for Beissbarth GmbH. From the design phase to manufacturing, our company provided the necessary expertise and also handles the manufacturing tasks.

We manufacture the lens housings, mounts, and mechanical components in-house using our CNC lathe.

The custom-designed lenses are assembled in our optical assembly workshop by our technicians upon receipt from our supplier.

A crucial step in the assembly process is the collimation of the lenses, which is aided by an autocollimator at each assembly station, and the bonding, which is done using semi-automatic pneumatic adhesive dispensers.

The bonded lenses then undergo testing, and once they pass, the adhesive is fully cured in a drying oven.

The manufactured lenses then go through another testing phase, during which their thermal behavior is checked for compliance with tolerances at a specially designed thermal testing station.

The finished and tested units are then packaged and shipped.
